Description from the seller
Excelsa – Antique Swiss pocket watch – 800 silver – Galloping horse – Approx. 1906–1925
Remarkable antique Swiss pocket watch from the historic watch brand Excelsa, with a beautifully decorated silver case and a detailed image of a galloping horse on the reverse.
Excelsa was a Swiss watch brand from Kenel & Courvoisier of Porrentruy, whose brand name was registered in 1906.
The watch is executed in a classic style with a white dial, black Roman numerals, and elegant gold-colored hands. At the 6 o'clock position there is a separate small seconds hand.

This inscription gives the watch extra historical charm and makes it a particularly collectible item.
Condition
The watch is in an authentic antique state, with visible signs of wear and aging appropriate to its age.
The silver case shows local patina and discoloration. The detailed horse image is still clearly recognizable. The movement appears complete and the dial is well preserved.
