- *Winemaking:* Whole-cluster fermentation. Aged in a 2,000 L foudre and a bocoy.

- *Organic:* Yes, certified since the 2017 vintage.

- *Elaboración:* Fermentación con racimo entero. Crianza en foudre de 2.000L y bocoy.
- *Alcohol:* 14% Vol.
- *Ecológico:* Sí, certificado desde añada 2017.
- *Botella:* Borgoña desde 2016.
