Tasting Notes (based on typical Balblair single cask profile)

Appearance: Deep amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Mature and multi-layered. Fruity notes of dried apricots, honey, and orange peel, supported by warming spices such as cinnamon and ginger. Hints of malt and elegant oak add great depth.

Palate: Full-bodied and well-balanced. Rich flavours of dried fruits, vanilla, and caramel, blending with cocoa, nuts, and subtle oak undertones from the long maturation. Complex, refined, and beautifully structured.
