Description from the seller
Handmade Shell Nativity Scene Bursa Bobo – Silver-Plated Holy Nativity with Silver Glitter – Made in Italy
A refined handcrafted nativity scene created inside a splendid natural Bursa Bobo shell, enriched by a delicate representation of the Holy Nativity with miniatures plated in silver.
An original creation that blends the charm of the sea with Italian nativity tradition, transforming an authentic shell into a small work of art rich in elegance and spirituality.
THE HANDCRAFTED COMPOSITION
The Bursa Bobo shell stands out for its sculptural structure, characterized by pronounced reliefs, natural protrusions, and fascinating ivory, cream, and brown shades.
Its wide opening reveals a smooth, bright interior in warm ivory and golden-orange tones, creating a striking contrast with the silver decorations.
At the center lies a refined Holy Nativity scene, composed of small figures representing Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus, accompanied by the traditional nativity animals and embellished with a luminous silver-plated finish.
The miniatures are arranged on a decorative base covered with silver glitter, which gently reflects light and enhances the whole composition.
At the top, an elegant silver Star of Bethlehem with sparkling details completes the scene, recalling one of Christmas’s most symbolic emblems.
The natural features of the shell and the artisanal craftsmanship make each piece unique.

Seller's Story
My creations are born at the heart of Italy’s artisanal tradition in Torre del Greco, a world-renowned symbol for coral processing and cameo carving.
Each piece of jewelry is the result of knowledge handed down through generations: the coral is carefully selected, the cameo hand-carved by master artisans, every detail refined according to techniques that belong to the history of Mediterranean jewelry art.
I believe in authenticity, in natural materials and in the value of manual work. For this reason I offer only pieces that embody identity, culture and passion, pure expressions of Italian excellence.
Each object is not just a piece of jewelry, but a fragment of tradition that continues to live on through time.
