Silvano De Caris (born 1991) is an Italian painter specializing in oil painting. His work focuses on the animal world, particularly large cats and birds, depicted in a realistic, intense, and deeply theatrical style. Through dark backgrounds, controlled lighting, and meticulous rendering of details, De Caris transforms each subject into a silent and powerful presence.
His works tell of the strength, elegance, and mystery of the wild, suspended between realism, chiaroscuro, and emotional tension.
NB: The artwork will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, the artworks are more beautiful than in photographs: you can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
