Desk lamp - Gilt brass - Piano lamp

Piano/desk vintage brass lamp – 1960s/1970s

Splendid solid-brass adjustable tabletop lamp, originally conceived as a piano lamp (or music sheet lamp) and today perfect as an elegant light point for a desk, a classic study, or a reading nook with a vintage flavor.
The item is an authentic piece of Italian mid-century modern design from the latter half of the 20th century (placed between the 1960s and 1970s), as shown by the joinery details and the original-era electrical components with a through-switch on the cord. The base bears a small circular foundry hallmark.

* Adjustable: The central stem allows you to adjust the height and the tilt of the cylindrical lampshade to direct the light beam precisely.
