This model, rightly called "NEW MOON", boasts an elegant, completely black color. It also features a Bioceramic case, crown, pushers, and a Velcro strap. The chronograph seconds hand, the subdial hands, and the tachymeter-scale bezel are white, while the subdials and the bezel background are black. This model stands out for its black lunar phase indication, probably the most poetic of all watch complications.
Snoopy, NASA safety ambassador since the 1960s, is depicted lying on the moon on the lunar phase disc, which rotates in the subdial at the two o’clock position. Under ultraviolet light, a hidden Snoopy quote appears on the exclusive dial, set among stars and crescent moons. All subdials feature the OMEGA X Swatch mark, the iconic Speedmaster logo, and the new MoonSwatch logo. The domed biosourced glass structure, the engraved “S” at the center of the glass echoing the Swatch logo, the refined and sophisticated circular pattern on the outer ring of the dial and the recessed subdials, the sharp, smooth shape of the lugs, the iconic dot above 90 on the Bioceramic tachymeter scale bezel, and, of course, the exclusive Bioceramic touch are common to all models.
