Notes
A book-shaped four disc compilation that comes with a 50 page illustrated booklet written by John McDermott.

There is an obvious misprint in the tracklist: 2-22 reads FALSTAFF BEER COMMERIAL (missing the 'C') on cover back and inside book. This typo appears to be unique to the 2008 Europe release.
