This is an American tropical helmet from World War II. It was acquired after the war from an American soldier at Yokosuka Air Base. It has been kept for a long time in an old house in Yokosuka.

Dit is een Amerikaanse tropenhelm uit de tweede wereldoorlog. Het werd na de oorlog verworven van een Amerikaanse soldaat op Yokusuka Airbase. Het is een lange tijd in een oud huis in Yokusuka bewaard gebleven. 

Redelijke staat, met gebreken.
