Blue-and-White Scrolling Lotus Dish - Porcelain - China - 20th century

Description
An elegantly proportioned dish with gently rising sides and neatly finished rim. The central medallion is finely painted with intertwined scrolling lotus blooms and foliage, rendered in crisp, well-controlled underglaze blue with clear definition and balanced composition. Concentric blue borders frame the main design, while the cavetto and rim are adorned with a succession of stylised lotus lappets and foliate scrolls — all harmoniously arranged against a luminous, milky-white glaze. A refined and beautifully balanced example of traditional decorative porcelain.
