Three Famille Rose Floral Plates, porcelain from China, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), authentic original, in good condition with a central medallion of peonies and butterflies and a gilded rim, diameter about 22.5 cm each.
Description from the seller
Description
A harmonious set of three porcelain plates, each elegantly enamelled in the famille rose palette. The central medallion features large blooming peonies accompanied by stylised butterflies and smaller floral sprigs, enclosed by a fine red-brown beaded border. The rim is encircled by a continuous garland of mixed blossoms, finished with a delicate gilded edge. Soft colouring and balanced composition lend these plates a refined, timeless charm. Diameter approx. 22.5 cm each.
Condition
Overall in authentic used condition, retaining strong visual appeal;
Natural age-related wear including faint surface scratches, minor wear to enamels, and typical firing imperfections: small specks, kiln grit, pitting and glaze retractions;
One plate bears a glaze crackle / hairline within the glaze only — a surface "crazing line" that does not penetrate through the body; structurally sound and stable
Dimensions
Diameter: ≈ 22.5 cm per plate
