Title: "Dancing Sparks"

Description:
It seems as if a quiet moment has suddenly started moving. Red, yellow and dark color traces whirl across the light surface, meet, cross, and leave small traces full of energy.

Some shapes resemble sparks that flash for a brief moment and then disappear again. Others endure, giving the apparent chaos a sense of grounding. It is this interplay of movement and stillness that makes the painting come alive.

Thus, "Dancing Sparks" tells of small moments full of energy – of something unintended, spontaneous and vibrant. As if the colors for a moment found their own rhythm and simply began to dance.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, shapes, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often expressed only in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is for me an intuitive process where authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting measuring 160 x 130 cm one needs a canvas stretcher of the size 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery owner.

This is a handcrafted original, which is signed by the artist on the back and dated by year.

High-quality and light-fast acrylic paints were used on multi-layered white primed gallery canvas.

Additionally, a varnish was applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and thus unique!

When a person delves into their innermost depths, into a sphere that rarely comes to light, into a space that is mysterious and hidden, waiting to be discovered, tickled awake, and also painfully brought to light, then art is born.
