Description from the seller
"Goldorak - 3rd Dimension - 3D Painting" NUMBER: 02/10 - Red White Frame
Hybrid artwork halfway between a painting and a sculpture, with a 3D relief head of Goldorak, sold framed in a wooden frame.
Artist: SKE

Even before talking about Goldorak, this piece awakens an immediate reflex: that of the generation that grew up with the appearance of this steel giant as a visual shock, a myth, a silhouette impossible to forget. Here, SKE does not merely cite an icon. He literally makes it pop out of the plane.
With Goldorak - Third Dimension, the work sits at the border between painting and sculpture.
The preparatory drawing, the blueprint-style annotations, the views of Actarus and Goldorak, followed by this central relief volume - a red 3D head bursting from the composition - create a rare dialogue between sketch, pop memory, and physical presence. We no longer just look at the image: we face an object.
That is precisely where SKE's proposal gains its strength. The Goldorak universe is not treated as a simple nostalgic wink, but as artistic material to be deconstructed and reactivated. The piece plays with collective memory, the aesthetics of design drawing, and the language of volume to give birth to an hybrid piece, contemporary and immediately readable by those who know.
Sold framed in a wooden frame, this creation fully asserts its status as a collectible work. Its singularity lies as much in its cult subject as in its relief construction, conceived as a meeting between image and matter. A piece that does not merely evoke Goldorak: it re-presents him.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught and versatile French artist who grew up in the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE's market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master contest (2023), then elected Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was chosen as the "Artist of the Month" in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also asserts himself in the digital art market, a major trend of the past two years, reinforcing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and texture play characterize a style now essential.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Awarded & Featured Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE's work is part of a prestigious lineage. His line conveys the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating Banksy’s subversion or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to reinterpret Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates childhood icons. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and Scrooge McDuck’s symbolic greed. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the mythical Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style sometimes recalling Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: one encounters the sneaker universe (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and high fashion (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precise watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not forgetting mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textures that evoke the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your interior.
