Withdrawal
For consumer purchases to which the right of withdrawal applies, the decision may be communicated without motive within fourteen days of receiving the item, by explicit declaration to the seller or through the CataWiki procedure.

The item must be returned within fourteen days of the withdrawal notification. For simple retraction, the direct cost of return is borne by the buyer.

The refund includes the price and standard initial delivery costs and is carried out within legal deadlines. It may be withheld until receipt of the item or proof of its return, as provided by law. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Legal warranty
All non-derogable consumer rights remain in force. Under the Italian Consumer Code, the seller is liable for conformity defects present at delivery that manifest within two years; in applicable cases, a warranty repair extends this period by twelve months.

Repairs, substitutions, price reductions and contract termination are available under the conditions provided by law. The costs necessary to remedy a conformity defect are the seller’s responsibility.

Documentation and international shipments
