Withdrawal
For consumer purchases to which the right of withdrawal applies, the decision can be communicated without justification within fourteen days of receiving the item, by an explicit declaration to the seller or through the Catawiki procedure.

The item must be returned within fourteen days from the withdrawal notification. For simple reconsideration, the direct cost of return is borne by the buyer.

The refund includes the price and standard delivery costs and is made within the legal terms. It may be withheld until receipt of the item or proof of its return, as provided by law. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Legal guarantee
All mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Under the Italian Consumer Code, the seller is responsible for conformity defects present at delivery that appear within two years; in certain cases, a guaranteed repair extends the period by twelve months once.

Repairs, replacements, price reduction and contract termination are available under legal conditions. The costs necessary to remedy a conformity defect are borne by the seller.
