Shipping and assistance

Right of withdrawal
For consumer purchases to which the right of withdrawal applies, the decision may be communicated without motivation within fourteen days from receipt of the item, by an explicit statement to the seller or through the Catawiki procedure.

The item must be reshipped within fourteen days from the withdrawal notification. For simple reconsideration, the direct cost of return is borne by the buyer.

The refund includes the price and the standard delivery costs and is made within the legal terms. It may be withheld until receipt of the item or proof of its return, as provided by the regulation. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Legal guarantee
All non-derogable consumer rights remain applicable. Under the Italian Consumer Code, the seller is responsible for conformity defects present at delivery that manifest within two years; in certain cases, a warranty repair extends such period by twelve months once.

Repair, replacement, price reduction and contract termination are available under the conditions provided by law. The costs necessary to remedy a conformity defect are borne by the seller.

Before commissioning work to third parties, contact us to agree on problem management. This indication does not automatically deprive rights under the law.

Documentation and international shipments
Any data or identifying documents will be requested only when necessary for specific obligations applicable to the transaction, stating purpose, regulatory reference and transmission mode, with the related privacy notice.
