Description from the seller
We are auctioning a piece of extraordinary collectible, historical and spiritual value: an Official Rosary of the Pontificate of Pope Leo XIV (Robert Francis Prevost).
Why it is a unique and unobtainable object:
Out of commerce: This rosary is not a commercial item and has never been distributed through traditional sales channels nor in sacred art shops (neither in Rome nor anywhere else in the world).
Reserved for Guests of Riguardo: It is a gift from the Pope issued in a strictly limited and contingent edition, destined solely for personalities, guest of honor and dignitaries received in audience.
Not accessible to the Public: Its institutional nature and controlled distribution make it an object of absolute rarity, almost unattainable on the private market.
Object Features
Beads: Elegant and refined beads in glossy black pearl paste.
Binding: Solid and finely worked in silvered metal.
Central Medal:
Front: Bears the official coat of arms of Pope Leo XIV and his solemn papal motto "In illo uno unum".
Back: Bears the venerable image of Mary, Mother of the Church (Maria Mater Ecclesiae), venerated in the Vatican.
Case: Perfectly preserved inside its exclusive original red silk case, with papal emblem printed in gold.
[SALES INFORMATION AND SHIPMENT]
Provenance: The item comes from the downsizing of a private collection being liquidated.
Shipments: Fast and fully trackable shipping. The costs include professional and careful protective packaging to ensure the perfect integrity of the lot during transport.
Legal Warning and Transparency (Disclaimer):
The item is sold by a private collector and is not transferred on behalf of the State of Vatican City, the Holy See or any other ecclesiastical bodies.
Any presence of images or references to the Holy Father is for purely identificative, historical and descriptive purposes to contextualize the lot. It does not imply approval, authentication, sponsorship, blessing, or any official link between the Holy Father, the Holy See, the seller and the object offered. All rights to names, logos and emblems belong to their respective owners.
