An extraordinarily elegant and rare pair of candelabra attributed to the renowned French crystal manufacturer Baccarat. These are pieces in the unmistakable design of the iconic model series “Bambou Tors” (twisted bamboo).
The design fascinates with the flowing, spirally wound ribs on the round, curved pedestal and the balanced shaft, which give the heavy crystal a lively and dynamic play of light.
Special feature of this pair & construction:
- The set consists of two identical, 4-flame candelabra (each with a central arm and three outward, curved side arms – total of 8 light sources).

- Fully dismantlable: Both candelabra can be completely disassembled into their individual parts according to traditional Baccarat construction (shaft, arms, light plates/bobeches and candle tips with metal fittings). This allows easy, thorough cleaning and guarantees maximum safe and break-resistant transport during shipping.

The wide light plates are adorned with an elegant rounded edge and richly equipped with the original faceted prism pendants and sharp crystal drops (drops).
The high-quality crystal refracts the candlelight excellently and provides a sparkling, luxurious shine.
Condition and notes:
- The pieces are unmarked due to their early period of production (before 1936), but in form, weight, threads, and manufacturing quality they precisely correspond to the historical Baccarat catalog model.
- Very good, used vintage condition with minimal, age-related signs of wear. The plug-in and screw connections function flawlessly.
- The crystal is clear and free of clouding, and no damage is visible.
The original metal hangings (wire loops) of the crystal prisms are slightly oxidized due to age.
