A pair of 205 cm ash skis by E. Eibl München with remaining binding components and a Dolomit binding plate, dating from the 1920s–1940s, plus two 133 cm hazel ski poles, not restored and suitable for decoration.
Description from the seller
I am selling a pair of old ash wood skis, E. Eibl (Munich) with ski poles as well. The skis have a total length of 205 cm and, according to research, originate from the period between 1920 and 1940. The running surface is left natural and features a central groove for speed stability. The running surface was waxed by hand at the time depending on the type of snow. Metal edges did not exist yet. Of the former cable-binding, only the two front bindings and the side metal clips for hanging the cable-binding remain. The actual cable binding and buckle are no longer present. The binding plate bears the inscription
