Chanel Gold-plated Metal Y-lariat Necklace

The sautoir features a thin, flexible serpentine link chain. The Y-design ends with two distinct pendants: a classic CC logo embellished with rhinestones and a heart-shaped pendant with a perforated lattice surface and a rhinestone outline. The junction point of the Y is marked by a small CC logo.
