Description from the seller
Half of What I Was
I stand divided at the seam of myself - one half wild with blue hair streaming in a wind only I can feel, the other pale, still, already forgetting. I wear a dress the colour of deep water and tarnished jade, its voluminous folds painted with loose, sculptural strokes that seem to breathe. A dark bloom pressed against my ribs holds one soft orange flower, the only warmth I carry. Behind me, two worlds refuse to align: a sandy plain, a grey interior, geometry that will not resolve. My raised hand reaches for something already gone.
-- Dimensions: 120 x 80 x 2.5 cm
-- Mounting: Professionally hand-stretched on a wooden chassis.
-- Framing: None (no external frame); painted edges ready for display.

About the Artist
Enigma is an Italian surrealist working across dream, disruption, and wit - never settling into one mood or one way of seeing. Some paintings are quiet and symbolic, others catch a moment coming apart mid-motion, others turn a playful, knowing eye on art history itself. What unites the work isn't a single style but a single instinct: reality treated as something soft enough to bend, fracture, or reimagine - rendered always in smooth, luminous brushwork and bold, contrasting color. Every canvas is one of a kind, never repeated.
