Description
In this work I explore female portraiture through a neocubist composition of geometric shapes, defined lines and color planes that interweave to build a serene figure full of personality.
The face, split between soft pinkish tones and ivory, contrasts with the intensity of the black hair and the backgrounds in petrol green and orange-red. The small yellow details of the earrings add luminosity and balance to the composition.
