This beautiful piece is a 4/4 violin, in black high-gloss lacquer with gold LV monograms (custom-made) that are applied by hand.
The tailpiece, the bridge, the chinrest, the pegs, as well as the fingerboard and the neck were gold-painted. The bow was also gold-painted.
