Side table - Oak

Vintage oval wooden side table (or plant stand) with turned spindle legs and a double top, the legs and spindles are artisanally round turned. This style (often called Bobbin or Spool) was very popular in the late 19th century and saw a major resurgence in the 1970s.

The deep wood grain and the warm honey-brown finish give the table a nostalgic and cozy appearance, perfectly integrable into a country-style interior.
The combination of a double top (tiers) is often seen with classical plant stands and guéridons (side tables).
