Picture frame - Bronze, Brass - baroque and rococo style

Antique picture frames in extravagant Baroque & Rococo style - Bronze/Copper - Europe, early 20th century or late 19th century

Beautiful pair of two graceful antique picture frames, executed in exuberant Rococo style. The frames are cast with very fine detail featuring classical ornaments such as asymmetric volutes (scrolls), floral motifs, and acanthus leaves. The warm, gilded gold patina gives the set a rich and authentic appearance.
