The issue is from a smoke-free home in Very Good+ condition with moderate wear to the cover, including some creasing, a light subscription crease, light wear to the spine, wear along all sides, a small stain next to the bottom staple, and some cover indentations. The book is complete with no missing pages or cut-outs. Please take a look at the pictures.
