This imposing work in acrylic on canvas sits within lyrical abstraction and abstract expressionism of mixed media technique, standing out for a vibrant dramatic contrast between intense luminous yellows, olive greens, and dark tones in jet black and graphite. The composition is articulated through a complex layering of coats, gestural impastos, and fine engravings or esgraffiado lines that contribute notable structural dynamism and an enveloping visual rhythm. With a wealth of textures that combines densely swept areas, transparencies, and grid-like weaves, the artist seeks to express the dichotomy between chaos and illumination, conveying an atmosphere of emancipated energy where light emerges with renewed force amid the mystery and depth of shadow."
Seller's Story
Our project emerges as an online art gallery dedicated to promoting and representing young Cuban and Spanish artists with a promising trajectory and a distinctive, authentic, and recognizable visual language. Our project is born with the aim of bridging emerging artistic creation and international collecting.
We curate a carefully chosen selection of works that ranges from modern and contemporary styles to reinterpretations of classical art and avant-garde propositions, always prioritizing quality, expressive power, and the artistic identity of each creator. Each represented artist develops a unique style, which gives our works character, personality, and real artistic value.
All the works we offer are original, created with traditional and mixed techniques, and selected under curatorial criteria that ensure authenticity, aesthetic coherence, and excellence in execution. Our aim is to provide collectors and art lovers with pieces with soul, capable of engaging both with contemporary spaces and with more classical collections.
Based in Spain, Kiri Art Studio operates internationally, committed to professional service, close communication, and a safe and transparent purchasing experience. We believe in art as both a cultural and emotional investment, and in guiding the buyer as a fundamental part of the artistic process.
