MEDSAN - Pokemon Winter Skating (ポケモンの冬のスケート) - UNIQUE WORK

ONLY ONE LEFT IN THE WORLD - EDITION 1/1

In this square format, Medsan releases Pokémon onto the frozen pond of a winter village. In the foreground, Pikachu, a red scarf around its neck, stretches its arms out wide with a smile, while Eevee runs at its side, ears perked. Just behind, Piplup, orange scarf, skates and laughs. Flareon reaches its arms toward Grass type, while Glaceon jumps on the left ice, Psyduck takes a hesitant step forward and Snorlax lets itself be pulled on a sled by villagers. Around them, skaters in wool coats and red hats cross paths, a child pushes a sled, and near the fence, a man plays a flute.
In the background, you can see a stone bridge, a mill, a church and a castle under the snow. On the right, a fire burns under the porch of an inn. Crows alight in the bare branches, a kingfisher sits on the palisade, and a dog trots along the bank. The pearl gray of the sky, the white of the snow, and the browns of the coats are brightened by the yellow of Pikachu and the red of the hats. It looks like a winter afternoon when everyone has put on their ice skates.

A joyful and abundance-filled piece, ideal for bringing a touch of winter pop culture into a collector’s or Pokémon fan’s interior.
