Description from the seller
ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD - EDITION 1/1
In this vertical format, Medsan brings forth the Colossal Titan from Attack on Titan behind an immense Babel tower. Only its head and shoulders poke out of the clouds, just above the unfinished summit. A skinless face with red striated muscles and white cheekbones, jaws clenched on exposed teeth. Its gaze fixes the viewer. The tower is round and tiered, rising in successive arcades toward a crown of construction walls where cranes and ladders still cling, while gray smoke escapes from its right flank.
At its feet, on a ochre dirt esplanade, a tiny crowd of workers, carts, and horses busies itself without lifting its head. To the left, sailing ships anchor in a port. To the right, a village and a church steeple fade into a green plain crossed by a blue river. The ochers and grays of the sky spare all splendor for the red of the giant. At the bottom right is the cartouche メドサン. An entire city is at work and does not yet see what is watching it.
A striking piece, ideal for adding a touch of epic tension to the interior of an anime-loving collector.

On Catawiki, his pop works still appear under the name Medsan, but they belong to the Popsan universe. He creates at Atelier Joconde, a family of artists’ workshop, alongside Le Yack (figurative painting) and Neo Pablo (abstraction).
