Very beautiful and elegant conical ceramic vase designed by the famous French potter Robert Picault (1919–2000).

The vase is handmade and hand-painted in his workshop in Vallauris, France, during the 1950s or 1960s.

This specimen features the sought-after and elegant blue-and-white geometric motif, which was produced in a more limited edition than Picault's classic green-brown series.

The vase bears a very distinctive hand-painted signature "RP" on the underside.

Le vase est fait et peint à la main dans son atelier à Vallauris, France, pendant les années 1950 ou 1960.

Cet exemplaire présente le motif géométrique bleu et blanc très recherché et élégant, qui a été produit en édition plus limitée que les séries classiques vert-brun de Picault.

Le vase porte une signature "RP" peinte à la main très distincte sur le dessous.
