AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

I’ve prepared this superb lot for someone who likes, as I always say... PROFESSIONAL QUALITY, both for learning and for enjoying the perfect fit of these two handcrafted vintage woodwinds from the golden era. The Linton elkart saxophone is beautiful and without dents or dings (body and neck numbers match... see photos), only wear on the brass with which it’s made... in my opinion, as a jazz-loving saxophonist, very nice and very fitting. I’ve adjusted it to perfection; I haven’t replaced all the pads since they’re not rigid yet, only the necessary ones have been changed to leave it perfectly hermetic and velvet-sounding as it should be. Unbeatable, I keep saying, and this is corroborated by hundreds of instruments already sold “no returns” in this wonderful and promising Catawiki auction. Everything related to this saxophone, my B-flat is original and there is, I insist... no welding or anything that could alarm... it must have been recorded at the school it belonged to in several places, but from afar it’s not apparent (see photos). Also, in my opinion you’ll always think that sure enough, with this Linton, more than one person who played it ended up being a professional—the kind who were among the best in the world in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. It comes with the mouthpiece that came with it... Vandoren B35 type, very good, no tweaks needed and very powerful. (It has no brand on it but could be King.) I’m also including this wonderful Vito (L, blanc) clarinet of American origin and from the same era... so you can enjoy an unbeatable lot. Same as with the saxophone... I’ve fitted a few skin seals, but others, being double-layer (thicker patina), did not need replacement. Just note that the tenons don’t match in serial numbers, but they are the same model since the emblem is printed on them (Vito), even with the same design and polychrome. I also include a Vito 2 mouthpiece, model Woodwin, “brand new,” a clarinet that sounds... why belabor it so much... FETEM. The clarinet case is missing the handle, but a backpack works great. And that’s all, friends. I hope that once again my restored pieces will be to the liking of the highest bidder. Good luck.
