Description from the seller
A striking 14K gold sapphire and diamond ring with an exceptionally elegant and refined design. The ring is centred with a large cushion-cut blue sapphire displaying a vivid blue to violet-blue colour, strong brilliance and attractive internal character, secured in a classic four-claw setting.
The sapphire is surrounded by a delicate halo of brilliant-cut diamonds, with further diamonds set into the geometric openwork shoulders and extending along the band. Despite the impressive size of the central stone, the setting remains light, chic and finely proportioned, giving the ring a sophisticated appearance rather than a heavy one.
The combination of the substantial sapphire, diamond detailing and delicate goldwork makes this a particularly attractive cocktail ring, while the classic proportions and elegant setting would also make it a distinctive engagement ring.
