AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Atmospheric six-piece decorg set of six carafes and two containers with matching lids, finished in warm cream, yellow and ochre tones. The various wine motifs depict grape clusters, vineyards, and decorative wine labels with French, Spanish, and Italian references.
The set consists of:
• 4 carafes with Chablis Grand Cru decoration.
• 1 carafe with Rioja Gran Reserva decoration.
• 1 carafe with Chateau Michel / Chardonnay decoration.
• 2 containers with Chianti Classico decoration, each equipped with a lid and a curved handle.
The carafes have a wide, flaring opening and a large curved handle. The matching colors and wine illustrations make the collection suitable as a decorative whole for example a wine corner, country-style interior, display window, or hospitality interior.
Condition
Used state with visible wear, scratches and chipping of the decorative finish. On some carafes larger portions of the finish are missing, revealing a gray underlying surface. Along various edges, handles and feet there are finish losses as well. The condition varies per item; view the overview and detail photos carefully.
The eight objects are offered together as a single lot, including the two accompanying lids. Offered as decorative objects.
Maker and exact production period have not been established. The wine names and years, including ‘1912’, are part of the decoration and do not constitute a fixed dating of the objects.
