This intense and sensual acrylic-on-canvas work is framed within contemporary figurativism with a dramatic accent and chiaroscuro, presenting a female nude reclining in grayscale on a dark background, where the bold red of the lips and a rose bud with green leaves break through with focused intensity. The composition stands out for refined technical workmanship in anatomical modeling and the volume of the skin, achieving remarkable realism in textures, the highlights of the bracelets, and the delicate foliage resting on the torso. The stark contrast between the monochromatic palette and the color elements saturates the scene with a lyrical and provocative magnetism. Through this suggestive image, the artist seeks to express the duality between delicacy and passion, desire and melancholy, inviting the viewer to a contemplative experience imbued with mystery, intimacy, and the eternal beauty of graphic romance.
Seller's Story
Our project emerges as an online art gallery dedicated to promoting and representing young Cuban and Spanish artists with a promising trajectory and a distinctive, authentic, and recognizable visual language. Our project is born with the aim of bridging emerging artistic creation and international collecting.
We curate a carefully chosen selection of works that ranges from modern and contemporary styles to reinterpretations of classical art and avant-garde propositions, always prioritizing quality, expressive power, and the artistic identity of each creator. Each represented artist develops a unique style, which gives our works character, personality, and real artistic value.
All the works we offer are original, created with traditional and mixed techniques, and selected under curatorial criteria that ensure authenticity, aesthetic coherence, and excellence in execution. Our aim is to provide collectors and art lovers with pieces with soul, capable of engaging both with contemporary spaces and with more classical collections.
Based in Spain, Kiri Art Studio operates internationally, committed to professional service, close communication, and a safe and transparent purchasing experience. We believe in art as both a cultural and emotional investment, and in guiding the buyer as a fundamental part of the artistic process.
