POPLEA - - PETITS VELOS XXL— POPLEA 90x90cm

A powerful, immediate, and intensely colorful style that places itself within the free lineage of Robert Combas and Hervé Di Rosa. The figures, deliberately raw and expressive, blend humor, urban energy, and popular imagination.

With nervous black outlines, bold flat colors, and offbeat characters, this painting already asserts a very personal universe: accessible, lively, and recognizable. A particularly promising body of work, carried by genuine freedom of gesture and strong collector potential.

Signed on the back by "Popléa" and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The canvas is sold rolled, not mounted on a frame.
The frame is not included and is only a presentation suggestion.

The artist Popléa:
If you own this work, you hold an authentic piece signed Popléa.
But be aware: Popléa is a pseudonym.
He or she has not yet revealed their identity—voluntarily. This choice is part of a broader artistic project, a form of experiment:
Create without name, without status, without biography.
The work alone. The image alone. What it evokes. What you feel.
The artist behind Popléa is already shown, recognized, collected—but wanted to explore another path, freer. Refusing filters, codes, discourses.
Refusing that it should always be the same people—galleries, experts, networks—who decide what has value.
Perhaps what you own is the start of something.
Or perhaps it is simply a work that speaks to you, here and now.
Both options are beautiful.
And really, perhaps that is the real luxury.

The work is hand-signed, ready to hang, packaged in a 4x4 packaging with insurance included.
Happy bidding
