POPLEA - - MA GATE XXL— POPLEA 90x90cm

“Yes, my spoiled one, RS4 Nardo gray, of course they missed me (big, of course)” In an Organized Band

A powerful, immediate and intensely colorful style, which sits in the freely filial lineage of Robert Combas and Hervé Di Rosa. The figures, deliberately raw and expressive, mingle humor, urban energy and popular imagination.

With its nervous black outlines, bold flat areas and offbeat characters, this painting already asserts a very personal universe: accessible, living and recognizable. A particularly promising work, carried by true freedom of gesture and a strong potential for collecting.

Signed on the back by “Popléa” and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The canvas is sold rolled, not mounted on a frame.
The frame is not included and serves only as a presentation suggestion.

The artist Popléa:
If you own this artwork, you hold an authentic piece signed Popléa.
But you should know: Popléa is a pseudonym.
He or she has not yet revealed their identity — deliberately. This choice is part of a broader artistic project, an experiment:
Create without a name, without status, without biography.
The artwork alone. The image alone. What it evokes. What you feel.
The artist behind Popléa is already exhibited, recognized, collected — but wanted to explore another path, freer. Refuse filters, codes, discourses.
Refuse that it is always the same people — galleries, experts, networks — who decide what has value.
Perhaps what you own is the beginning of something.
Or perhaps it is simply a work that speaks to you, here and now.
Both options are beautiful.
And in the end, perhaps that’s the true luxury.

The work is hand-signed, delivered ready to hang, in a 4x4 packaging with insured shipping included.
