Shipping and assistance

Withdrawal
For consumer purchases to which the right of withdrawal applies, the decision can be communicated without justification within fourteen days from receipt of the item, by explicit declaration to the seller or through the Catawiki procedure.

The goods must be shipped back within fourteen days from the withdrawal notice. For simple reconsideration, the direct cost of return is borne by the purchaser.

Refund includes the price and the cost of standard initial delivery and is made within statutory terms. It may be retained until receipt of the goods or proof of its return, as provided by the law. The purchaser is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Legal guarantee
All non-derogable consumer rights remain applicable. Under the Italian Consumer Code, the seller is responsible for conformity defects present at delivery that manifest within two years; in the cases provided, a warranty repair extends this period by twelve months once.

Repair, replacement, price reduction and contract termination are available under the conditions provided by law. The costs necessary to remedy a conformity defect are borne by the seller.
