This fascinating acrylic-on-canvas work is framed in a marked synthetic cubist style with influences from pop art and modern stained glass, characterized by a rigorous geometric fragmentation and strongly defined black outlines. The composition pays homage to the female figure and the domestic affectionate bond, depicting a woman in a contemplative pose resting her face on her hand, while holding a stylized cat with an expressive feline gaze in her lap. The artist achieves exceptional visual dynamism through a bold and contrasted color palette, where cool blues, cyans, and turquoises are harmoniously balanced with vibrant oranges, reds, and greens in the background. Through this formal deconstruction, the author seeks to express the complexity of inner psychology, the serenity of thought, and the timeless elegance of the silent companionship between human and nature in an intimate setting.
