O.xani - "Im Werden"

The painting "In Becoming" tells of the beginning of a movement: people come together, enter into relationships and jointly shape something new. The vivid colors signal energy and change, while the dark areas make tangible the uncertainty of an open transition. The composition invites reflection on community, social upheaval, and the forces that bring about change.

The painting was created with acrylic on canvas (stretched on a frame). That means it can be hung immediately.

Your painting will be packaged professionally and with the utmost care. Shipping will take place after payment is received and includes an invoice as well as a certificate of authenticity.

Xani studied architecture, but during his studies he increasingly turned towards art. During the Kosovo War he fled his homeland and has lived in Dortmund, Germany since 1999.

When painting he feels a sense of freedom and regards his own pictures as if from a distant observer. He often realizes that he has unconsciously processed current themes when he looks at his paintings, and then understands why they have turned out the way they are.

The drawing and painting instruction from a professor of art led him to devote himself to the visual arts. His work encompasses both painting on canvas and large-scale wall and façade designs. He experiments with reducing forms, material textures, and the possibilities of color.

His motifs often refer to a symbolic language, and the human figure, in his developed and generalized treatment, runs like a red thread through many of his artistic works.

Since 2004 he has worked as a freelance artist and has participated in numerous exhibitions and art projects.
