AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Tender Shift – XXL
Artist: Anna Bila
Size: 155 × 125 cm
Technique: Pigment ink on canvas
Series: Not About Flowers
Year: 2026
Part of the Not About Flowers series, this painting explores the state of “not yet, but already” — the space between who we were and who we have not yet become.
Organic, flower-like forms retain a sense of familiarity while simultaneously disrupting it. Through fluid transitions of coral, olive, and deep burgundy, the work reflects transformation, adaptation, and inner growth.
Created with water-based pigment inks on lightly primed canvas, the painting embraces the unpredictability of the material. Diluted pigments flow, merge, and settle, creating subtle textures and unique color transitions.
About the Artist
Anna Bila is a contemporary Ukrainian artist based in Italy. Her practice explores memory, identity, and transformation through expressive abstract painting.
