Immersed in Japanese culture and ancient woodblock engraving techniques, ATO NAOKI reinterprets the traditional art of printmaking (ukiyo-e) by incorporating the heroes of his generation. A significant part of his reflection is to anachronically connect the old world with our present age until it makes sense. His works are now present in art galleries and among many enthusiasts in Europe and Asia.
