Artistic Career and Style
His artistic career, which began in the
1960s, was characterized by a constant and
profound exploration of painting, leading
him to experiment with various
expressive languages.
• Abstract evolution: In his mature
phase, he focused on a linear, geometric
and extremely stylized abstract style.
• Characteristics of his works: His
compositions play on the contrast between
elegant, bold black lines and broad areas
of structural color. Critics describe his
work as a reconstruction of reality based
on a multicolored rationality with poetic,
magical and enchanted tones.
In the contemporary art scene, he is
considered an artist of solid expressive
maturity and exceptional professional
consistency.
