Description from the seller
ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD EXIST - EDITION 1/1
On this square format, Popsan places Captain Albator, Leiji Matsumoto's Captain Harlock, alone at his table in the dimness of his cabin, lit by a single candle. Leaning, his cheek resting on his gloved fist, he lowers his good eye toward the table. The blindfold covers the other eye, and the cross-shaped scar marks his cheekbone under his brown hair. His black cape lined with red rises to the high collar, closed by two skull-shaped clasps, and the skull with crossed tibias sprawls across his chest.
In front of him unfolds a night-blue sky map studded with stars, where a compass rests beside an armillary sphere. A glass of red wine waits near the candleholder with golden reflections. To the left, his hat stamped with the same skull rests on three books whose titles read: COSMOS, ASTRA, TERRAE INFINITAE. Everything bathes in a deep black that the flame warms with amber and dark red. The space pirate, usually dynamic, is for once still, seemingly meditating on his next course.
An intimate and dark room, ideal to bring a touch of space legend to a collector’s interior who loves classic anime.
