A distinctive Art Nouveau brooch crafted from 18-karat yellow gold, with a central medallion depicting a lady in relief, surrounded by floral motifs and graceful ornaments.
Description
The brooch is executed in the characteristic Art Nouveau style, with flowing lines, organic forms and floral motifs. Centrally there is a round medallion with the profile of a lady, depicted with an updo and a necklaced with small rose-cut diamonds.
The surround consists of elegantly curved golden elements with stylized flowers and leaves. At the top is a ruby placed, with a sapphire on either side as the heart of the floral motifs. At the bottom there is a movable hanging element, also set with a ruby.
