Description: Painting with a marine subject characterized by a surreal composition and a dark, evocative atmosphere. The contrast between the dark background and the light pinkish tones of the animals highlights the details and volumes of the figures.
The work can be linked to Mario Ughi's figurative and surreal exploration, the Livorno-born painter whose production developed from magical realism toward a strongly personal and imaginative language.
