Description from the seller
Neo Pablo exhibited at the Salon d’Automne 2026, Place de la Concorde in Paris, where his canvas Souveraine was selected by the jury in the Chromatic section of the 123rd edition.
The visuals of the setting are AI-generated visualizations based on photographs of the real object. Only the photographs of the real object are authoritative.
In front of a small-paned window where the day has not yet broken, a man in a black jacket, open shirt, and loosened tie leans with one hand on the frame. Head tilted, eyes lowered, unruly black curls: the evening is over, and he is the last to know it.
It’s time for Sinatra songs in In the Wee Small Hours, when you come home without having found what you were looking for. What has he left behind, and who waits behind the blue glass? Neo Pablo does not answer: he only keeps the elegant fatigue of the early morning.
Orange-toned skin vibrates against the night blues, the shirt laid out in long white streaks, the brushstroke is nervous, almost feral: a painting full of contained energy.
Technique: mixed media - hand-painted acrylic with pigment ink print, varnish applied by hand, for deep blacks and durable protection of the work.
Support: premium canvas stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang.
Print enhanced with acrylic paint, 40x60 cm edition
Authenticity: Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
Shipping: Shipped from France, with secure packaging to ensure delivery in pristine condition.

Emerging and instinctive artist, Neo Pablo, 25, pushes the rules of free figuration. Trained at Atelier Joconde alongside his father, the neo-realist painter Le Yack, and his brother Medsan, he has made the family heritage a quest for raw freedom: where Le Yack captures the moment, he makes it explode.
In three years, he has imposed a recognizable signature: a nervous line drawing, sprays of acrylic and aerosol, confident drips, the knife and Posca worked directly on the canvas. His silhouettes are never fixed; they are born from chaos, between Art Brut and the energy of gesture. Whatever the register—signs and writing canvases, Mediterranean scenes cut into facets, large formats painted with a brush—the method remains the same: fragment the surface into shards of pure color, and let a figure, a woman at rest, a cat, a fruit, the sea, hold the whole. At Neo Pablo’s, color does not dress the subject, it builds it.
In 2026, his canvas Souveraine (120 × 80 cm) was selected by the Salon d’Automne jury in the Chromatic section and exhibited at Place de la Concorde in Paris, for the 123rd edition of this historic salon founded in 1903 at the Grand Palais.

About Atelier Joconde
Atelier Joconde is a studio of artists united around living, contemporary, plural creation. Installed as a true center of artistic production, the studio operates both in collective creation and in individual approaches, depending on projects and works. Atelier Joconde is also a family venture. Le Yack, a contemporary figurative painter, develops a narrative, introspective body of work with cinematic and realist influences. By his side, Medsan, oriented toward pop art, explores color, modern iconography, and visual culture. Finally, Neo Pablo is engaged in a more instinctive pursuit, blending abstract art, naive art, and figurative abstraction. Each work is conceived, created, and followed within the studio, with a shared artistic standard and an identity of its own for each artist.
