Shipping and assistance
The item is shipped with tracking, according to the methods, costs and times indicated in the offer and Catawiki order. Any insurance coverage is limited to that expressly provided for the shipment.

In case of problems, contact the seller and Catawiki support promptly. Reporting the issue within three days of delivery allows the complaint-handling process provided by the platform to be initiated; this deadline does not replace or limit the right of withdrawal or the legal guarantee.

Right of withdrawal
For consumer purchases to which the right of withdrawal applies, the decision may be communicated without giving a reason within fourteen days of receiving the item, by means of an explicit statement to the seller or through the Catawiki procedure.

The item must be sent back within fourteen days of communicating the withdrawal. In the case of a change of mind alone, the direct cost of return is borne by the buyer.

The refund includes the price and the cost of initial standard delivery and is made within the statutory time limits. It may be withheld until the item or proof of its return shipment is received, as provided by law. The buyer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Legal guarantee
All mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Under the Italian Consumer Code, the seller is liable for lack of conformity present at delivery that becomes apparent within two years; in the cases provided for, a warranty repair extends this period once by twelve months.

Repair, replacement, price reduction and termination of the contract are available under the conditions provided by law. The costs necessary to remedy a lack of conformity are borne by the seller.

Before commissioning work from third parties, contact us to agree on how to handle the issue. This indication does not introduce an automatic forfeiture of statutory rights.

Any identifying data or documents will be requested only when necessary for specific obligations applicable to the transaction, with the purpose, legal reference and method of transmission indicated, together with the relevant privacy notice.
