Description from the seller

Original painting by Herman Brood, acrylic on canvas, 1998, 150 x 100 cm. Originally intended for the company that markets the drug Prozac; they wanted to have screen prints made of it as corporate gifts, but after internal discussion refrained, partly because the link between Herman Brood and Prozac was seen as an unfortunate combination. Title and lacquer seal with Brood's name on the stretcher. With certificate of authenticity Herman Brood Museum 14010118 and appraisal report HBM 16070723. Text: catalog 'That's Life – Paintings and drawings by Herman Brood', Kijk- en Luistermuseum Bennekom, 2004. Pickup only.
