It is, to say the least, exciting to present at auction a wonderful, rare, and sublime Official Rosary of the Pontificate of Pope Leo XIII!
To speak of a simple object would be reductive: we are faced with a masterpiece of the highest, invaluable collectible, historical, and spiritual value. A treasure reserved for very few elect, traditionally given by the Holy Father in person only to extremely respected guests, dignitaries, and persons of the highest rank!
Excellence Details and Extraordinary Craft
Beads of Light: Crafted in a refined and elegant glossy black paste, with magnetic shine and an unmistakable feel.
Binding: A solid, monumental structure finely chiseled in lustrous silvered metal, designed to stand the test of time.
The Central Medal (Icon of Faith and Spiritual-Historical Power):
Front: Majestically houses the official coat of arms of Pope Leo XIII together with his solemn and evocative papal motto "In illo uno unum".
Back: Shows the venerable image of Mary Mater Ecclesiae (Mary Mother of the Church), celestially reproducing the original icon kept in the beating heart of St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City.
Original Era Case: A true touch of class!
The Rosary is perfectly preserved in its legendary and exclusive green leather case, intact, magnificently preserved, and of rare beauty!
An Authentic Private Collection Rarity
