Born in Sassari in 1922, he began his artistic career in Venice in 1949 in a group exhibition of artists; since then, over a span of 25 years, he worked intensely not only in Sardinia but also in other regions, especially Lombardy and Piedmont. To understand his artistic genius, it would suffice for someone to go see the works carried out in the Church of the Sacred Heart in Sassari. His most important activity took place in the field of Sacred Art, which he cultivated from the age of 17, with frescoes for the churches of San Donato, San Sisto, San Giuseppe. The grandest and most interesting work, however, remains the mosaic "Via Crucis" executed along the walls of the Church of the Sacred Heart in Sassari.
Died in Sassari in 1975.
